In 2008, for the first 7 months, 419 homes were listed on St Croix, compared to 462 this year, an increase of 10%. Sales have decreased from 80 to 46 this year, down 42%. Average sales price has decreased from $491,320 to $439,815, down 10%. Days to close/days on market (continues…)
